i really enjoyed that every staff member i met was friendly and polite. the breakfast was amazing!!! it offered so many international options. it was so convenient that the hotel connects to central ladprao shopping mall.
the tv in the room felt a bit small for a hotel of this level. also, the bathroom had a slight sewage smell on my last day. the room was a beautiful king room.

A Pleasant Stay Overall

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. There was something for everyone. The staff were very kind (I loved their cute smiles). The hotel is directly connected to a shopping center, convenient and offered quick access to various shops.
The laminated bed frame in the room caused some discomfort to our feet. I could hear noise from the adjacent room. The soundproofing needs improvement. (I could hear conversations sometimes).

the location was convenient close to the shopping mall. i found the rooftop area to be a really nice addition. the staff were helpful making my stay easier.
the room i stayed in seemed a bit outdated. i noticed some traffic noise in my room, it wasn't ideal for sleeping. the pool was quite small. it got a bit crowded at times.
